Agreement to Sales & Returns Policy
 

Thanks for shopping at All The Little Prints. By placing an order or making a purchase in the All The Little Prints Site, you agree to the terms below, along with All The Little Prints’ Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
 


Standard Returns Policy
 

In the unfortunate event a product is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it with a digital receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product from All The Little Prints. The product must be in its original condition, and packaging and we’ll exchange it or offer a full/ partial refund based on the payment method, and/or return reason. In addition, please note:

  • Products can be returned only in the country where purchased.

  • For returns with a gift receipt, All The Little Prints will offer you an All The Little Prints Gift Card.

  • Returned products may require inspection. If approved, a refund or exchange will be issued within 10 business days.

 

If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please contact us.
Be sure to provide the following details:

  • Your Order number.

  • Your Receipt/Invoice number

  • Full name and full address stated in the order.

  • A contact phone number

On receipt of your e-mail, we will provide you with a Return/Tracking number.


How long does it take to process my refund?
 

Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reach your account. If you cancelled a pickup item and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

  • Products purchased from allthelittleprints.com using an All The Little Prints Gift Card will be refunded to you as an All The Little Prints Gift Card by email.


Other Sales Policies
 

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
 

All The Little Prints reserves the right to change prices for products in the Site at any time, and to correct pricing errors. Should All The Little Prints reduce the price on any All The Little Prints’ product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, or if you were charged more than the posted price in the Site, please contact us about a refund of the overcharge. This notice applies exclusively to the products purchased in the Site, and excludes limited-time price reductions, promotional coupons and special sales events. All The Little Prints reserve the right to or not to issue a refund, or compensate the difference with an All The Little Prints Gift Card. Prices shown are in UK Pounds. If you pay for your order with an international card, the price may fluctuate with exchange rates and/or your card issuer may charge foreign conversion charges and fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation
 

All The Little Prints may refuse or cancel any order or limit order quantity. All The Little Prints may also require additional qualifying information prior to processing any order. Once we receive your online or phone order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order or constitute confirmation of our offer to sell, we are simply confirming that we received your order. All The Little Prints reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time for any reason. If All The Little Prints cancels an order after payment, All The Little Prints will refund it.

Product Availability and Limitations
 

Given the popularity and supply constraints of some products, All The Little Prints may have to limit the number available for purchase and reserves the right to change the number at any time, even after you place an order. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, All The Little Prints will cancel the order and refund your purchase price.

Exchange an item
 

If you purchased your item from All The Little Prints Site, you can return it for an exchange. Item exchanges are subject to product availability. Personalised items may not be eligible for exchange. Exchanging an item is allowed only within 14 days from the purchase date. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us.


Items ordered on the Site that arrived damaged or are incorrect, can be exchanged by contacting us.

Gift Cards
 

All The Little Prints Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Consumers Only
 

All The Little Prints sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Liability
 

Limitation of Liability
 

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services, even if All The Little Prints has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six-month period prior to any cause of action arising. Certain EU, or UK laws and international laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

Marketing Liability
 

All The Little Prints distributes freebies such as free prints, posters, gadgets, stickers, and more to its customers. In no event All The Little Prints will be liable to you or any third part for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. All The Little Prints' customers are authorised to use our freebies as they wish.
 

Design Liability
 

All The Little Prints sells, and distributes Royalty-free design, creative prints, and imagery. In no event All The Little Prints will be liable to you or any third part for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
